All users of Portal access the Capacity Database via the same user account and therefore have the same access rights. This account need to be granted access to the SQL Server.

Note: For full control over the Portal, the db_owner privilege is required. The Integrator and Administration tabs within the Portal will only be displayed with the
db_owner privilege.
