To add a point annotation to the map follow the steps given below:

Click or touch the Add
icon on the upper right
corner of the map to open the Add panel.

Under the Annotation, select Point
annotation. You can click
on Cancel button to exit without drawing annotation.

Click or tap on the map once where you wish to add the point.
The point annotation is added to the map and it is also listed with a default name in the Map Legend
panel, under the
Annotations heading.
