In Tabular view, you can sort records by values in a single column. You can sort records by text (A to Z or Z to A), numbers (smallest to largest or largest to smallest), and dates and times (oldest to newest and newest to oldest).

  1. In Tabular view, choose the field that you want to use to sort records.
  2. Click the column heading to sort records based on ascending order of values in the column.
This displays the ascending sort icon next to the column heading to indicate that records are sorted based on ascending values in the column.
  3. To sort based on a descending sort of values in the column, click the column heading again.
This displays the descending sort icon next to the column heading to indicate that records are sorted based on descending values in the column.
You can sort on any column except the Condition name column, which is displayed in the record table when the Condition name field check box is checked in the Configure view. For more information, see Configuring the view.
