Creating Smart Consolidation Rule - discovery - 23.1

A smart consolidation rule is prepared with a process that combines machine learning and human expertise to accelerate and automate the process of record merging. It works in tandem with the smart match process, so you have an option to use the matching rules to resolve the duplicates to get a Best of Breed record, or you can use any other file source as input after resolving the duplicates.

1. On the Source Details page, click the Create consolidation rule button.
   The Create Consolidation Rule page is displayed.
2. On the Create Consolidation Rule page, go to the Smart Consolidation Process section and click the Create Rule button.
3. On the top-left corner of the page, enter a name for your rule in the BOB rule name field, and proceed with the flow as shown below:

   Select Source > Select Columns > Tag Records > Analyze Results
