Note: You need to have full rights
to the path of Loqate database. Use this command for it: chmod -R 777
/Databaselocation.
- Download the database using the link provided in the release announcement or welcome email.

Unzip the database file to the location you want. If you are installing data
from multiple zip files, be sure to unzip all files to the same location. The
database .zip files are:
- LQ0/DB_Setup—Contains general database setup
files.Note: Regardless of which set of data you use, the files in LQ0 must be installed.
- LQ1/APAC_AFR_ME—Contains the data for Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Middle East.
- LQ2/Americas—Contains the data for the Caribbean, Central America, and South America.
- LQ3/Europe—Contains the data for Eastern and parts of Western Europe.
Note: You may install databases on a network share, but performance will be affected since you will be accessing the databases on a network rather than accessing the databases locally. - LQ0/DB_Setup—Contains general database setup
files.
- Change to the directory where Spectrum Technology Platform is installed.

Source the <SpectrumLocation>/server/bin/setup script
by typing this command:
../setup
- Change the working directory to the location you selected in Step 2.

Execute the script for installing the database by typing this command:
./Install.sh
- Follow the prompts as the script verifies your environment and database location.
