As Global Type Ahead (GTA) needs to be responsive, the GTA service is optimized for faster response time at the expense of returning fewer address data.

To obtain additional data about the address, it is recommended to call ValidateAddress (US and CAN) or ValidateMailingAddress Basic, Pro, or Premium (for Rest of World) to get complete address information.

Note: For countries like US or Canada, the postal authority restricts the usage of their highest quality address data for any address type ahead solution provided by any company. For such countries, you will receive an address by GTA that says it is not a mailable address. This possibility cannot be eliminated but reduced by augmenting with other high quality data sources.
