You can generate a report of your transactions based on:
  • Billing Month: Displays details from 18th of the first month to 17th of the second month. For example, the February billing month will have data from January 18 to February 17.
  • Calendar Month: Displays details in between the first and the last day of the month or months. For example, the February calendar month is from Feb 1 to 28 (or 29 in case of leap year), March calendar month is from March 1 to 31, while April calendar month is from April 1 to 30.

To generate a transaction report:

  1. From the Report drop-down, select if you want to the report for a billing month or calendar month.
  2. Use the Date Range calendar icon to select the period for which you want the report generated. The default is plan subscription date to the current date.
The graphs in Summary and Usage sections get updated for the specified period.
  3. For an understanding on the transactions consumed within the selected time frame, use the graph in Usage section.
    1. Hover your cursor on the dots to view the Transaction Consumed in a month, a week or a particular day. It also shows rollovers or discounts, in cases where applicable.
    2. Click on the dots to change the view in this sequence on each subsequent click: Monthly view > Weekly view > Daily view.
  4. View transactions consumed versus total transactions purchased for each of the services using the Transaction Used Per Group / Service bars. Based on whether you have subscribed to a prepaid or pay-as-you-go service, the bar is displayed in one of these ways:
    • Prepaid: It shows transactions consumed till the current day/total transaction purchased. Based on the limits set by the account manager, the bar displays one of these colours:
      • : You have enough transactions available.
      • : You have reached the warning level for consumption.
      • : You have reached the overage point.
      • : You have exhausted all your purchased transactions
    • Pay-As-You-Go: In this type of subscription, the bar displays the transaction used for each of the services during the period specified by you in the Date range field.
  5. View percentage usage by sub-accounts in the Usage by Subaccount section. You can find the usage of the parent account by adding the usage of all the sub-accounts and subtracting the value obtained from 100.
Note: Click any of the sub-accounts to view its respective dashboard.
  6. View the service adjustments made for your account in the Service Adjustments section. The service adjustments are of two types:
    • Rollover: This is the amount rolled over to the current plan from your previous plan. The Transaction Consumed includes the rollover amount. For example, if a node in the Transactions Consumed graph shows Transaction Consumed as 30412 and Rollover as 412, it means you consumed 30000 transactions in the current plan.
    • Discount: This displays the transactions you received as a plan upgrade or some kind of waiver. For example, if a node in the Transactions Consumed graph shows Transaction Consumed as 30000 and Discount as 412, it means you consumed 30000 transactions in the current plan and you have another 412 at your disposal.
  7. To download your report, click the Download button adjacent to the Billing Month drop-down on top of the page.
