You can create a sub account only if:
- You have been assigned adequate permissions from the admin
- It is not a batch account
- Click the Accounts tab. A list of existing accounts is displayed.
- Click the Create Sub Account button on the top left corner of the page.

Enter Account Information, such as First
name, Last name, and Email for
the sub-account.
Other account details, such as Access to cost information?, Trial?, Status, Subaccounts enabled?, and Payment Plan is automatically generated based on the parent account details.

In the User information section, enter System user
name.
The User type is displayed automatically.
- Create the Generate password link to generate a password for this sub-account, and use the Show/Hide link to view or hide the password.
- Enter a Description for this sub-account.

In the Company information section, enter the
Name of the company. To enter a new company detail, click the
Add New link and enter details in the Add Company pop-up.
The URL, Alias, and Parent name is displayed based on the selected or created company details.
- In the Contact Information section, enter the name of the contact person. If the details are saved, those are displayed in all the fields of the section. To add a new contact, click the Add New button and enter details in the Add Contact pop-up.
- Click the Save button.
