Arguments
PIP The handle returned by SPINIT for the current instance of Spatial+. Input.
FILENAME The complete DD name of a Spatial+ object file to open. Input.
SPHANDLE The handle of the opened ZIP + 4 Z9 file. Output.

Notes
This procedure opens a GeoStan ZIP + 4 Z9 file for processing. The SPHANDLE parameter contains a handle that is passed to all other SPZ4* procedures.
If you do not provide a DD name (FILENAME is low values), then Spatial+ opens the DD name Z9FILE by default.
