Step 2: Verify domain ownership - identity_federation - Latest

Once the service provider has been configured, this step allows Precisely to verify you are authorized to validate identities for the specified email domain.

1. Copy the Ownership Verification Hostname and use it to create a new TXT record in your DNS zone.
2. In the TXT record, use the Hostname value as the subdomain name. The value of the TXT record can be anything, only the domain is validated.
   Example: a35929f4-efaf-4f34-b8e5-cbeb9202dc4a.mydomain.com
3. Once the TXT record has been created, click Verify and the portal will validate your domain.
4. (Optional) Once ownership has been verified, delete the TXT record.
