Viewing Data
Below is an example of a template with data.
The entries in the first row of the sheet indicate the repositories the attribute
columns below them belong to. The repositories are alternately colored to help
differentiate where one repository ends and the next begins. The first repository
(the repository on the far left) is the root repository. The titles on the
repository headers are written as <repository-name>
(<link-relationship-name>).
Each attribute in the template appears as a column in the sheet. The headers of the attribute columns are a similar color as their repository's header unless they are read-only. Read-only attribute columns and their headers are gray. Attribute column headers contain the name of the attribute and the attribute's data type. If the attribute is required, an asterisk * will appear next to the attribute name.
Each repository also has a log column. Log column headers are yellow and are labeled with the repository's name. The log columns indicate if an action performed on the record completed successfully. For more information about log columns, see Viewing Log Columns.
There is a row in the sheet for each record in the root repository. Attributes for the record's first linked record are written in the same row. Directly beneath the row are rows for each additional linked record. The rows containing the additional linked records do not contain attribute values for the parent record. The additional linked record rows can be hidden or revealed by clicking the + and - icons to the left of the parent record's row number. At the top of the header row are two boxes, titled 1 and 2. Clicking the 1 box hides all the sheet's linked record rows. Clicking the 2 box reveals all the linked records rows. Linked relationships are also displayed if you view the template's structure.
Viewing Log Columns
For each repository in the template, there is a log column in the sheet. The log column is the first column in the repository's set of columns. Log column headers are yellow and are labeled with the repository's name. The log columns indicate if an action performed on the record completed successfully. The log header indicates:
-
The date the action was performed.
-
The time it took to perform the action.
-
The number of records affected.
-
The number of records successfully acted upon.
-
The number of records unsuccessfully acted upon.
-
The URL of the EnterWorks environment.
The actions that affect the log columns are:
-
Refresh and Validate
-
Check Data
-
