The EnterWorks 11 release has resolved the following issues.
Data Model
- Resolved: If a hierarchy node is marked Inactive in the Hierarchy Model interface in the New UI, the node is still visible in the code set lookup for that hierarchy.
- Resolved: If a code set is modified using the Classic UI, a history record will be generated for all the code set's records.
Imports and Exports
- Resolved: If Advanced Options are included when you export a saved set using a template, all the repository's records are exported instead of just the records in the saved set.
- When an XML or JSON template export were performed and the setting
Include Empty Attributes
was unchecked, empty attributes were still appearing in the exported file. This has been fixed for non-multilanguage attributes, however it has not been fixed for multilanguage attributes. - Resolved: When a file is pulled from FTP , it is being moved to the imports directory and not the configured target directory for the scheduled import.
Job Management
- Resolved: If services are restarted when a work item is at the LockWorkFlowBic activity, an exception can occur.
Search and Filters
- Resolved: If you use the shortcut widget to go to a repository view with an applied saved search, if you select all the records, edit them, then save, an Update All job is not created.
- Resolved: In the New UI, when an IN search is performed in a repository, entering a comma separated list of values does not return records. In previous versions of EnterWorks, it would return the expected records.
Workflow
- Resolved: The Work Item ID column is no longer appearing in the Workflow Task Manager widget.
- When services were stopped, sometimes EPX Hypersonic files were corrupted. Now the files are automatically cleaned up each time services are restarted.
- Resolved: MQ_Next_Process_Datetime is not getting updated and a message is sent once a minute instead of once a day.
