API

  • Resolved: If the REST API /api/items/deleteAll passes in an invalid saved set for a repository, it deletes all the records from the repository instead of rejecting the request and indicating that the saved set was not found. (Support 81109, EW-11501, EW-11533, EW-11534)

  • Resolved: Documentation is missing in the Swagger page for the REST API call that launches a snapshot table job. (Support 79515, EW-11632, EW-11706, EW-11707)

Change Notification

  • Resolved: When Change Notification and Change Notification Transformation rules are processed and they reference multi-language attribute non-default language variant values, they cannot be accessed if the referenced language was not modified for the event that invoked the rules. (Support 65345, EW-6045, EW-10790, EW-10791, EW-10792)

Dashboard

  • Resolved: When Chrome or Edge is used to display the New UI, when the Repository folder is open in the Feature sidebar, there is no scroll bar to allow you to scroll to the lower part of the Feature sidebar. (Support 78754, EW-11093, EW-11255)

Data Management

  • Resolved: EDI Preprocessor (EdiPreProcessor.java) is failing if Maximum_Consecutive_Elements is not set. (Support 75406, EW-10168, EW-10795, EW-10796, EW-10797)

  • Resolved: If a filter is applied to a repository in the New UI, and all returned records are selected, if Promote All Records is selected from the More Actions dropdown list, all the records in the repository are promoted, instead of only the records that were selected.   • Resolved: When an Image URL attribute is in a link table in the New UI, the image is blurry. (Support 72681, EW-9336, EW-11085, EW-11070)

  • Resolved: Certain repositories cannot be edited using the Classic UI. (EW-11198, EW-11222)

  • Resolved: When an Image URL attribute's image is displayed in a link table in the New UI, a standard image height is used which may not display the complete image. (EW-9336, EW-11085, EW-11071, EW-11211)

  • Resolved: When Audit History is opened, when it is loading it displays the message "No Rows to Show" instead of "Loading". (Support 78703, EW-10963, EW-11236, EW-11237)

  • Resolved: If records are being edited using the Detail Editor's Multi-edit function, the Add, Update, and Remove buttons do not appear for editing a code set. (Support 10171, EW-11242, EW-11331)

  • Resolved: When a code set attribute value is edited in the New UI's Detail Editor, if the code or description are too long, the code and description are cropped vertically and do not display correctly. (Support 10144, EW-11270, EW-11327)

  • Resolved: Link tables are not loading in the New UI's Detail Editor. (EW-11282)

  • Resolved: When an attempt is made to roll back a record from the Audit History, a blank screen appears and the record is not restored. (Support 78964, EW-11322, EW-11373, EW-11374)

Data Model

  • Resolved: When the clone capability is configured for a repository, the selection of repositories to include does not persist. (Support 73473, EW-9468, EW-10730)
  • Resolved: When a hierarchy is opened in the Hierarchy Manager in the New UI, the Product toggle is on, and a node is selected, a message states that there are no summary attributes. (Support 74353, EW-694, EW-9454, EW-11095, EW-11300)
  • Resolved: When a profile's model is exported, dynamic attributes are labeled as global. (Support 73717, EW-9203, EW-11134, EW-11135)
  • Resolved: When a code set is edited from a record and a code is edited or added, after the code set is saved, only the new or edited code will appear when the code set is used. (Support 77518, EW-10690, EW-11124, EW-11136, EW-11138)
  • Resolved: A link table is not appearing in the New UI's Detail Editor. (EW-11210, EW-11214)
  • Resolved: If a Taxonomy or Hierarchy is imported using a configuration file generated by the Data Model Worksheet (DMWS), the Allow Assignment field (Is_Nav) is not populated correctly. It is ignoring the 0 (No) values and is instead assigning 1 (Yes) for all nodes. (Support 79630, EW-11111, EW-11223, EW-11224)

  • Resolved: When a user is being impersonated in the New UI, the Add code set code and description ability appears in the editor, even if the user does not have permission to edit the code set. (Support 79543, EW-11401, EW-11406, EW-11120)

Digital Assets Management

  • Resolved: When digital assets are exported, the metadata file is produced, but no assets are exported. (Support 77050, EW-10740, EW-11139, EW-11140)

  • Resolved: When an image is uploaded to DamMaster, if a user updates any field in the image's record in DamMaster, the record's modified date shows a one hour delay. (Support 79943, EW-11708)

  • Resolved: Resolved: The CN_Registry trigger against DAMMaster is not firing. (EW-9930; EW-10854; EW-10855; EW-10886)

Fusion

  • Resolved: Fusion scenarios cannot be accessed via API calls referencing the Fusion host server name. They can only be accessed using the IP address. (Support 76103, EW-10871, EW-10931, EW-10976, EW-10977, EW-10978, EW-11053)

Imports and Exports

  • Resolved: When an import using a template with category attributes is performed, unless a relational attribute has a default value, the records will be generated but they will not be populated. (Support 72571, EW-10671, EW-10672, EW-10674)
  • Resolved: When values are imported into a multi-value attribute that is in an association group, the attribute's default value is only applied to the attribute's first value. (Support 76558, EW-10228, EW-10804, EW-10805, EW-10806)
  • Resolved: An export using a template generates an error if the user does not have read access to all the repository's linked repositories, even if the link relationships are not used in the export template. (Support 69868, EW-9006, EW-10495, EW-11127, EW-11128 )
  • Resolved: Importing unsupported or undefined date-timestamp values does not display validation errors alongside the attributes. (EW-10919, EW-10922, EW-10989, EW-11129, EW-11130)
  • Resolved: If a drilldown filter is applied in a Repository View in the New UI and the All button is used to select all the records that meet the conditions of the filter, then the records are exported, all the records in the repository are exported instead of only the selected records.   • Resolved: A multi-repository import that was working previously no longer works. (Support 10195, EW-11806, EW-11539)
  • Resolved: Current View imports are timing out or returning a duplicate session error. Imports using templates are processing correctly. (Support 80866, EW-11514, EW-11803, EW-11804)

Job Monitor

  • Resolved: When a user is being impersonated in the New UI, the Job Monitor doesn't display the icons to download log files or output files. (Support 78374, Support 79463, EW-10935, EW-11125, EW-11206, EW-11256)

Logs

  • Resolved: DataCache.java is producing excessive logging with dumpStack() call. (Support 79686, Support 78918, EW-11041, EW-11151, EW-11152, EW-11348, EW-11375)

Migration

  • Resolved: When a repository is migrated, the JSON Properties contains repository ID references that get migrated without being resolved in the target. This means if the source and target do not share the same IDs, incorrect information is defined in the column. (Support 80150, EW-11240, EW-11316, EW-11317)

Searches and Filters

  • Resolved: In EnterWorks version 8.2, when an attribute was chosen from a drilldown filter it would only return exact matches for that attribute. Now it is acting like a wildcard search and returning all attribute values that contain that word anywhere in the attribute name. (Support 72445, EW-10751, EW-10752, EW-10753, EW-11565)

Workflow

  • Resolved: In the New UI, after an item is sent to workflow if you attempt to send another item, the Start button disappears. (Support 79453, EW-11091)

  • Resolved: The Start button disappears from the New UI's Workflow Submission screen. (Support 10138, EW-11520, EW-11386)

  • Resolved: The Amazon S3 BIC is only retrieving the first 1000 files. This affects Scheduled Imports and Workflow. (Support 72061, EW-8583, EW-8584, EW-11246, EW-11389)

Known Issues

  • EW-11316: Migration of repositories does not properly resolve repository ID references in JSON columns.
