The Workflow Notifications can be accessed in a Dashboard widget of type Repository
View. The widget needs to be configured for either user or group notifications, not
both. Two widgets are required if both types of notifications need to be accessed in the
same dashboard.
In the Classic UI, add a new widget to the Dashboard and set the following configuration values:
- Set the Repository to Workflow – Workflow Notification
- Set the Preference to Summary or another desired user preference
- For User notifications, set the Saved Search to My Notifications by User
- For Group notifications, set the Saved Search to My Notifications by Group
- Check the Actions checkboxes for Allow Open, Allow Save & Send, and Auto Reload:
