Reports allow a user to monitor the progress of a function or to view data. They are similar to Widgets, however, reports appear in their own tab. The reports functionality may or may not be available to users, depending on the configuration of EnterWorks. The list of available reports is also based on system configuration.
Note that the content of most reports does not auto-refresh.
View a Report
To view a report:
- Open the Feature Sidebar and open the Reports tab to display a list of the available reports.
- Select the desired report. The report will open in a new tab.
- To specify the contents of the report, use the Settings button
on the upper left
of the report's display screen. (Depending on system configuration, the
Options may be automatically expanded when the report is opened.) - The report's configuration options will appear. Configure the report as you would configure its corresponding Widget.
- To close the report, click the Close icon
on the report's tab.
EnterWorks Reports
EnterWorks has the following reports:

Image Report: The Image Report is a list of the orphans in DAM.

Package Promotion Report: The Package Promotion report is a list validation errors that occurred during the Package Promotion process.
