Users can manually promote selected records from a Staging repository to Production
using either the EnterWorks New UI or the EnterWorks Classic UI. Only the valid selected
records will be promoted to Production.
To promote one or more selected records using the New UI:
- Open the desired repository in a Repository View. To do so, open the Feature sidebar, select the desired folder, and select the desired repository.
- Select the records to be promoted. You can manually select records or you can apply a Saved Set or Filter, then select the individual records you want to promote.

Open the More
dropdown
menu from the Repository View's activity bar and select Promote Selected
Records.
- A confirmation window will appear that asks if you want to promote the selected records. Click OK to start the promotion job.
