Users can manually promote selected records from a Staging repository to Production using either the EnterWorks New UI or the EnterWorks Classic UI. Only the valid selected records will be promoted to Production.

To manually promote records using the EnterWorks Classic UI:

  1. Log into the EnterWorks Classic UI.
  2. Open the desired repository.
  3. Select the records to be promoted:
    • You can manually select records or you can apply a Saved Set or Filter, then select the individual records you want to promote.
    • Or, you can apply a Saved Set or Filter but not select any records.
  4. Open the Utilities dropdown menu and select Promote Records.
  5. A window will appear with questions about how to promote the records. The questions depend on the records that will be promoted. Configure the promotion.
  6. Click Promote to submit the promotion request.
