Records can be promoted the following ways:
You can also promote a Saved Set's definition. If you promote a Saved Set's definition, no actual records are promoted. Instead, any of the records in the target repository that belong to the Saved Set in the source repository, are added to a Saved Set in the target that has the same name as the Saved Set in the source repository.
