The Batch Processing of Pending Transactions feature allows you to export event details to a .csv file, edit the file, then upload it back into EnterWorks.

  1. Log into the Classic UI.
  2. If it does not already exist, create a Pending Content Changes file.
  3. In the New UI, open the repository you want to import the file into.
  4. Open the More dropdown menu by clicking the button on the Repository View's activity bar and selecting Import. The Import dialog will open.
  5. Select the Pending Content Changes radio button and click Next.
  6. Configure the Import options as desired.

    • File Name: Select the .csv import file.

    • Select the Import Type:

      • Insert: Events will be added. If they already exist, the existing Events will be overwritten.

      • Delete: Matching Events that already exist will be deleted.

    • Approval Required

  7. Click the Import button.
