Some Hierarchy and Taxonomy management functions must be performed by an administrator in the Classic UI. For more information, see Manage Taxonomies and Hierarchies in the Classic UI.

The following are the Taxonomy and Hierarchy management tasks available through the New UI's Hierarchy/Taxonomy sidebar. The Hierarchy/Taxonomy sidebar can be used for most tasks associated with maintaining Taxonomies and Hierarchies, including: adding, editing, moving, and deleting nodes; and assigning category attributes and records to nodes.
