To manage workflow you must install and use the JAVA thick client EPX Design Console. From the Design Console, you can monitor workflow activities, add or modify workflow activities.

To manage workflows:

1. Log into the server where EPX Design Console is installed.
2. Open EPX Design Console.
3. Expand the navigation tree and log on using an administrative account.
4. Open the Process Flow Monitor by expanding Process Modeling, expanding Process Flows, right-clicking a workflow, and selecting Monitor.
5. To view a count of all work items at each activity, click the Start Monitoring button in the Process Flow Monitor's toolbar.
6. To track the flow of one work item, select it:
   1. Click the Monitor One Work Item button.
   2. Select the work item.
   3. Click OK to return to the Process Flow Monitor.
7. Click the Start Monitoring button.
8. The workflow will highlight the path the work item has taken. A green icon indicates the current location of the work item. A red icon indicates an error at that activity.
   
   If an activity has error:
   1. Expand the navigation menu to find the activity under the corresponding flow or sub-flow.
   2. Right-click the activity and select Work Items.
   3. Double-click the work item from the list.
   4. Open the Error tab. Review the error. Once it has been resolved, click the Clear Error button.
