Import Templates - Precisely_EnterWorks - EnterWorks - 11.0

Import templates allow you to define and save import configurations for future use. It is recommended that the system administrator assists users in creating advanced import templates. Templates may be used in both scheduled and manually triggered activities.

For information about using import templates during manually triggered activities, see Imports, Exports and Syndication. Users with sufficient permissions can also manually trigger imports from the Import Template tab, see Start an Import Job from the Import Template Tab.

The import template management functions are:

• View Existing Import Templates

• Create or Edit an Import Template

• Delete an import template

• Import an import template

• Export an import template

• Start an Import Job from the Import Template Tab

• Use an import template to export a sample import file
