Existing hierarchies and all repository items attached to their nodes can be copied to
a new hierarchy by users with administrative privileges. After the copy is complete, each
hierarchy is separate and changes to one hierarchy do not affect the other hierarchy.
To copy a hierarchy:
- Log into the Classic UI as a user with administrative privileges.
- Open the repository associated with the hierarchy.
- Open the Hierarchy tab.
- Use the Choose Hierarchy dropdown menu to select the hierarchy you want to copy.

Click the copy
icon.
- A dialogue will appear that asks you to enter a name for the new hierarchy. Enter a name and click Copy.
