Perform the followings steps within the EnterWorks UI to create a new Publication:

  1. Click on the Publication feature in the left feature bar.

  1. Select the Publication Manager feature. The left side of the window lists the publication category folders and the right side is the publication options. Start by adding a category/folder to manage publications.

  1. Right-click the icon and select Add Category.

  2. In the Manage Category window give the folder a name and description (optional).

  1. Click the Save button when finished. The new category folder will be added to list on the left side of the window.

  1. If another folder level below the category level is needed, then right-click the top folder and select Add Sub-Category (optional).

  1. Give the Sub-Category a name and description (optional). Click Save when finished.

  1. After a Category or Sub-Category folder is created it can be renamed and deleted. Right click a folder and select Rename.

  1. Change the name of the Category folder and click Save.

  1. The folder has now been renamed.

  1. To delete a Category or Sub-Category folder right click any folder and select Delete.

  1. The folder has now been deleted. If there were any publications within the folder they would be deleted as well.
