The audit log structure is composed of a number of client session context fields (who) and fields that define the context of the transaction (what) that is being audited. There is also a set of fields that enable the audit log to be linked to a transaction that is external to EPX, and fields that allow for customization of the audit log. A description of each audit log field is provided below:

Audit Log Structure
AUDIT_LEVEL_CODE The audit level code, as defined in the reference code table, for the level of this audit record. Audit levels can be error, warning, information, debug, etc.
SERVER_UID A unique identifier for the server, among all servers that might be defined in an organization, where the audit record applies.
SESSION_ID The identifier of the client session, from the S_SESSION table, that was responsible for creating this audit record.
USER_LOGIN The login identifier of the user who was responsible for creating this audit record.
COMPONENT_CODE The system component (e.g., DesignConsole, TaskManager, BIC Manager, etc.) that was the source of the audit record.
OBJECT_TYPE_CODE The EPX object type code, (e.g., process flow, table, user, etc.) for which this audit record applies.
OBJECT_NAME The EPX object name, (e.g., user name), for which this audit record applies.
AUDIT_OBJECT_ID The EPX object identifier, (e.g., user system ID), for which this audit record applies.
TRANSACTION_CODE The transaction type code related to this audit record. Typical transaction type codes are CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE, SELECT, EXECUTE, SHUTDOWN, etc.
AUDIT_TEXT A custom text field to further describe this audit record.
AUDIT_DATETIME The date and time on the application server for this audit event.
SOURCE_SYSTEM_NAME The name of the external system or product that created this audit record.
SOURCE_SYSTEM_EVENT The event code of the external system or product that is associated with this audit record.
SOURCE_SYSTEM_ID The identifier of the transaction or message of the external system or product that is associated with this audit record.
ERROR_CODE If the audit record entry is related to some system or external error condition, this field contains the error code associated with the error condition.
CUSTOM_TEXT01 A custom text field that allows this audit record to be extended beyond the default attributes that are maintained in the audit log.
CUSTOM_TEXT02 A custom text field that allows this audit record to be extended beyond the default attributes that are maintained in the audit log.
CUSTOM_TEXT03 A custom text field that allows this audit record to be extended beyond the default attributes that are maintained in the audit log.
CUSTOM_TEXT04 A custom text field that allows this audit record to be extended beyond the default attributes that are maintained in the audit log.
CUSTOM_TEXT05 A custom text field that allows this audit record to be extended beyond the default attributes that are maintained in the audit log.
CUSTOM_TEXT06 A custom text field that allows this audit record to be extended beyond the default attributes that are maintained in the audit log.
