Save process flows and subflows frequently to avoid losing work. There are several ways to save flows in EPX. The easiest method is to click either the OK or Apply button in the flow’s editor.

  • Click Apply to save changes and continue working in the flow editor.

  • Click OK to save changes and exit the flow editor.

You can also save a flow using either the toolbar or the menu bar.

  • To save a flow via the toolbar, click the Save button .

  • To use the menu bar to save a flow, click Save in the Process Flow, Subflow or Personal Subflow menu, depending on what type of flow you are saving.

Note: EPX requires you to name a flow before you can save it, and will display an error message if you attempt to save an unnamed flow. To name a flow, click the General tab on the flow editor and type a name in the Name box. For more information, see General Tab.
