For the purpose of tracking changes to a work item as it passes from one actor to the next in a process flow, the properties of a work item version can be recorded, or persisted, in an actor’s Sentbox. The default persist properties setting for all activities in process flows on the local server is controlled on the Details tab of the Server editor. You can override the default persist properties setting for an individual Manual Activity in a process flow via the activity’s Details tab.

To specify persist properties:

  1. If the activity’s editor is not already open, right-click the activity’s icon, and then click Properties in the shortcut menu.

  2. Click the Details tab.

  3. Select an option from the Persist Properties list.

  • To set the activity to obey the default persist properties setting for the local EPX’s Application Server instance, select Default.

  • To set the activity to never persist properties, select No.

  • To set the activity to always persist properties, select Yes.
