EPX allows priority levels to be assigned to work items. The default priority levels are Highest, High, Medium, Low, and Lowest. You can specify descriptions for these priority levels, and even rename them if needed, on the Priority tab in the Server editor. To edit a work item priority:

  1. In the Server editor, click the Priority tab.

  2. To modify a priority level name or description, right-click the priority name, and then click Open in the shortcut menu.

    1. Edit the priority name and description as needed. (The priority number cannot be changed.)

    2. Click OK.

    3. Click Apply to save the changes.
