  1. In the Publication Manager feature, select a category folder to add a publication to. Right click the folder and select Add Publication.

  1. A Create New Publication widget will open. Give the publication a name (required) and description (optional).

  1. Click Next to move to next section.

  2. In the Repository section select the Root Repository from the drop down menu.

  1. Click Next to move to next section.

  2. Select a Publication Template from the drop down menu.

  1. Click Next to move to next section.

  2. Select a Hierarchy to organize the content from the drop down menu.

  1. Click Next to move to next section.

  2. Select a repository to sequence the items from the Sequenced Items drop down menu.

  1. Click Next to move to next section.

  2. Select the image contexts and variants needed in the publication.

  1. Click Next to finish.

  2. The project can now be selected on the left side of the Publication Manager window. When selected, the publication options can be viewed/edited on the right side of the window.

  1. The General tab contains the summary information created using the Create New Publication widget.

  1. The Images tab shows the Image Contexts and Variants selected to be exported in the output. The user can also check the Include Image Package checkbox here.

  1. The Saved Sets tab allows the user select saved sets to use to publish.
