Work items are accumulating in Scheduler BIC starting point activities and are not advanced to downstream activities.
If any changes are made to a workflow that contains one or more Scheduler BIC activities as starting points, those Scheduler BIC activities must be reset prior to saving the workflow changes by performing the following steps for each Scheduler BIC activity:
- Open the properties for the Scheduler BIC activity.
- Open on the Settings tab.
- Click Reset.
- Click OK.
