So that you can quickly see an overview of your work lists, TaskManager provides the Work List Summary page. This page contains the following information:

| Work List Profile Description | The name of a Box Profile. |
| Total Items | The total number of open work items viewable using a particular Box Profile. |
| New Items | The number of new work items viewable using a particular Box Profile. |
| Pending Items | The number of work items that have been opened by the user, but not completed using a particular Box Profile. |
| Overdue Items | The number of work items that have not been opened nor completed by the user using a particular Box Profile. |
Clicking the name of a Box Profile in the Work List Profile Description column displays the Inbox page, filtered for that Box Profile.
Note: Because some work items can be viewed via multiple Box Profiles, there is the possibility that one or more work items will be a part of the total open or number of new work items listed for more than one Box Profile. To assess the absolute total number of open or new work items assigned to you, refer to the totals in the System defined box profile row.
