If you have been granted e-mail notification override privileges by your EPX administrator, you can specify whether or not you want to receive e-mail notification when a work item arrives in your inbox. You can also modify the e-mail addresses to which notification should be sent. These tasks are performed via the E-mail Preferences page, which contains the following options and buttons:

Select this checkbox to receive an e-mail notifying you each time a work item arrives in your inbox. |
Receive E-mail | To designate that a particular e-mail address receive notification when a work item arrives in your inbox, select the checkbox next to the desired e-mail address and then click OK. |
E-mail Addresses | The e-mail addresses that are eligible to receive e-mail notification. To add e-mail addresses to this list, click Edit. |
OK | Click OK to confirm the changes you have made. |
Cancel | Click Cancel to return to the last accessed mailbox page without making changes. |
Edit | To add or remove an e-mail address from the list of addresses receiving e-mail notification, click Edit. On the Edit page, modify the list of e-mail addresses. |
