Initially, all TaskManager users have the System Defined Box Profile as the default Box Profile on their Inbox page. However, if you are an actor on any flows to which custom Box Profiles have been assigned, you can select one of these custom Box Profiles to be displayed by default instead of the generic system Box Profile. You also have the option of making the Work Item Summary page your main page when logging into TaskManager, instead of the default Inbox page. The Default Inbox Profile page contains the following options and buttons:

| Default | Select the Default option next to the name of the Box Profile that you wish to make the default. |
| Display summary as first page | Select this checkbox if you would like to see the Work Item Summary page as the default first page when you start a new TaskManager session. The original system default is to show the Inbox page. |
| OK | Clicking OK saves and applies the changes you have made. |
| Cancel | Clicking Cancel discards any changes you have made and returns you to the last accessed mailbox page. |
