Opening a work item displays the work item viewer. The standard actions that you can perform for each viewer are:

| Save | This saves the information that you have completed in the work item. If the work item was sent to you, you can re-access it from the Inbox page. If you are creating the work item, you can re-access it from the Drafts page. |
| Cancel | Cancels any information that you entered into the work item. You can re-access the work item from the Inbox page. |
| Send | Takes you to the next step when performing a personal subflow. |
| Next | The number of work items that have been opened by the user but not completed using a particular Box Profile. |
| Back | Returns you to the previous step when performing a personal subflow. |
| Edit | Allows you to modify information that you entered into the work item. |
