You can save the retrieved records to a file. To do this:
On the Audit tab, click Export.
In the Choose an export file dialog, select the directory where you want to save the export file, and type a filename. The filename must contain a .log extension.
In the Files of Type list, click Log Documents.
In the File Delimiter option list, select Tab.
Important: Using a character (such as a semicolon) as a delimiter could produce unwanted results, as the character might also be used somewhere within the body of the records.
Click Export. All records are saved in the specified file.
