To access the Multi-Language export function:
Select the feature System in the feature bar then select Export Multi-Languages from the list of functions. The Multi-Language Export dialog will appear.
The Export Multi-Languages function has four sections
Select Languages: This section allows you select which language(s) you want included in the export file. The languages shown are the active languages in the language list.
Profile: Select the profiles you want to export. The names and descriptions of the profiles will be exported, as well as all their attributes’ names and descriptions.
Code Set: Select the code sets you wish to export. The names and descriptions of the selected code sets will be exported, along with all their codes and code description fields.
Selecting Other Sub-Systems: Select the data model components you want to export. One of the selections in the list of data model components is Messages. Messages are user interface labels and system generated messages.
Once you are finished selecting language(s), data model object(s), and perhaps Messages, click the Export button at the bottom right of the page.
The export will generate a .zip file that contains a .csv file for each exported data model objects or Messages. A status message will appear that indicates the name of the zip file. Status messages for successful exports have a green background. Status messages for unsuccessful exports have a yellow background and will list the errors that occurred.
To download the .zip file, click the zip file’s link.
