Existing Hierarchies and all repository items attached to their nodes can be copied to a new Hierarchy by users with administrative privileges. After the copy is complete, each Hierarchy is separate and changes to one Hierarchy do not affect the other Hierarchy.
To copy a Hierarchy:
Open the repository associated with the Hierarchy.
Click on the Hierarchy tab, (located between Search and Saved Sets tabs).
Select a Hierarchy from the Choose Hierarchy dropdown.
Click the copy
icon.A window will appear that asks you to enter a name for the new Hierarchy. Enter it and click Copy.
