Restriction: The following information is applicable for the standalone version of MapReveal™ software only.

The MapReveal™ software offers three plans - Trial, Basic and Advanced.

The Trial package is a no-cost plan that is valid for 30 days starting from the sign-up date.

The Basic and Advanced packages are offered on a monthly and annual basis.

Subscribe

After selecting a subscription plan that meets your requirement, you must enter payment information such as your personal details, credit card details and address to begin the payment process. After a successful transaction, you will be directed to the map session module and granted access to the features and services that are included in your plan.

If you are not ready to instantly subscribe for any plans, you can logout from the profile menu in the top right. You will be redirected to the subscription plan page, when you sign in the next time.

If you try to access a feature or service that is not offered in your subscription plan, a popup appears that prompts you to upgrade your subscription.

Upgrade or Downgrade

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, go to Profile in the main menu at the top right and select a subscription plan according to your requirements.

Renewal

A reminder for renewal of plan is sent in the email provided prior to the expiry date. After expiry date, a grace period of 7 days is provided for renewal. For your convenience, you can set up an auto-renewal option on your credit card to renew your subscription automatically.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal date, you can use the platform until your plan expires, based on the subscription option you purchased (annually or monthly). The MapReveal™ software does not offer refunds if you cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

Your data will be retained for 3 months, free of charge after the plan expires. You can restart your subscription at any time during this period. After 3 months, data related to your account will be permanently deleted from the server.
