You are redirected to the Query Builder after you select this option. To filter data, you can create queries using feature properties and operators.
To build a query:
- Select Layer for which filter data operation is to be applied, then all attribute fields in the layer are listed under Select Field section.
- Select Field, then selected field appears under Preview Query section.
- Click Operator that is to be applied, it appears in Preview Query section.
- Click Get Unique Values. All unique values for the selected field, in the selected layer are listed under the Select Value section.
- Select Value, which is to be applied, it appears in Preview Query section.
- Click Validate to check if the query is correct or not.
- Click Save Query if query is to be saved for later use.
- Click Submit Query to apply data filter through data query.
The data filter is applied to the map layer based on the query and highlighted on the output layer.
The output can be viewed after storing it. To save the output, you must enter the Output Layer Name and click on the Save Data button. The saved output will be added as a new layer in the current map session, where you can apply styling as required. This output layer will also be available in the 'My Data' section and can be used in any map session of interest.
