The collected data can be viewed by selecting the form and adding it to the map session. In the map session module of the MapReveal™ software, the styling panel expands after you select an individual layer from the layer panel on the left.

You can initiate the validation process by clicking on the map layer linked with the data. Drag the 'Show data' toggle from left to right on the styling panel to view the list of collected data entries on the map session layer. Each collected data entry can be verified separately, or many records can be verified at the same time. The MapReveal™ software allows you to validate data entries to Approve, Reject, or Resurvey.

Approve action will remove the geometry from the mobile application, and the data collection status for each form and the project will be updated. You can also style both approved and unapproved records on the map session. To view the approved entries, you must re-publish the map session as the WebMap using the web interface. The field user must then refresh the project for the changes to be reflected on the mobile application.

Reject action will remove the geometry and associated data entries from the map session layer, and hence from the mobile application.

Attention: It is highly recommended to be vigilant while rejecting geometries.

Resurvey action will notify the field user to return to the area of interest in order to correct any existing data or geometry. The collected entries will be available for validation by the Admin or the Analyst after the resurvey is completed.

Attention: It is recommended to publish the WebMap frequently otherwise there can be duplication or void in the data collection.
