Issue: When you start MapInfo Pro or Runtime, an error displays stating that the product cannot be found.
Fix: If you have a valid version of MapInfo Pro or Runtime installed and get this error, then re-run the Bing Service Update utility from the command prompt using the following flags to save messages to a log file. Contact customer support for assistance and send them the log file. In the following example BingUtility.log is the name of the log file.
