The properties command displays a dialog box, which allows you to modify the 3DMap window properties. The menu is also available when you right click the mouse over the window.
Light
X
Adjusts the current cameras rotation about the X Axis centered at the camera's origin.
Y
Adjusts the current cameras rotation about the Y Axis centered at the camera's origin.
Z
Adjusts the current cameras rotation about the X Axis centered at the camera's focal point.
Color
Displays a color palette where you can choose a color for your 3DMap.
Appearance
Resolution
The number of samples to take in the X and Y directions. These values can increase to a maximum of the grid resolution. The resolution values can increase to a maximum of the grid x,y dimension. If the grid is 200x200 then the resolution values will be clamped to a maximum of 200x200. You cannot increase the grid resolution, only specify a subsample value.
Scale
The amount to scale the grid in the Z direction. A value >1 will exaggerate the topology in the Z direction, a value <1 will scale down the topological features in the Z direction.
Background Color
A color used to set the background, specified using the RGB function.
