What is the purpose of Save Copy As?
To create a new table from scratch or create a new table by saving an existing table under a new name.
When is Save Copy As active?
When at least one table is open.
How do I access Save Copy As?
- On the HOME tab, in the File group, click Save, and Save Copy As from the list, to open the Save Copy of Table As dialog box.
- On the TABLE tab, in the Content group, from the Save list, click Save Copy As to open the Save Copy of Table As dialog box.
- In the Explorer window, right-click on table name in the Tables group, and then select Save Copy As.
