The Copy function copies an input raster file and all associated files (.ghx and .pprc) into a destination directory.

To copy a raster file:

  1. Open a raster file in MapInfo Pro Advanced.
  2. On the Raster tab, in the Properties group, click Copy to display the Save Raster Copy As.
  3. Type a file name in the File name field.
  4. Save the file as classified or numeric grid and click Save As to save the file.

This operation copies the associated files with .ghx and .pprc extensions along with the copied grid file.
