When converting your raster dataset, you can set some advanced properties for the output raster. In the Convert dialog box, click to select the required options.

For MRR output the options are:

  • Raster Name - Name of the raster.
  • Field Name - Field name of the raster.
  • Band Name - Band name of the raster
  • Units - Band data units. You can change the band data units supported by MapInfo Pro.
  • Data Type - Band data type. You can change the band data type of your raster. For example, you can change data type of the bands from UnsignedInt32 to UnsignedInt16 by clicking the Data Type drop-down list.

For Surfer ASCII and Surfer Binary Grid the options are:

  • Raster Name - Name of the raster.
  • Field Name - Field name of the raster. You can not change the Field Name.
  • Units - Band data units. You can not change the band data units.
  • Data Type - Band data type.

For .grd the options are:

  • Raster Name - Name of the raster.
  • Units - Band data units. You can change the band data units supported by MapInfo Pro.
  • Data Type - Band data type.

For other formats the options are:

  • Raster Name - Name of the raster.
  • Data Type - Band data type.
