In this volume method we calculate volume between a raster file and an imaginary constant plane.
- Open your raster files in a map window.

On the RASTER tab, in the
Analysis group, click Volume
button to open the Volume dialog box.
- Choose a Volume Method from the drop-down list. You can choose either Constant or Between Rasters as required.
- Choose a Volume Action from the drop-down list. The options in Volume Action depends on the selected volume method.
- Select Create Output if required. If you do not want to create an output file every time you calculate volume, leave this option.
- Click Process.
