To apply the Nearest Neighbor method:
- Click Create Raster in the Interpolate group to display the interpolation methods and select Nearest Neighbor Method. The Assignment dialog displays.
- Click Select Files to open the Input file panel. Click to browse and select one or more input data files. For more information, see Select Input File.
- Click the button to filter your input data. For more information on filter see, Filtering Input Data for Interpolation.
- From the Group by drop-down list, select one or more columns to group your output data. Grouping enables you to group data by data types in the selected column.
- Select Nearest Neighbor method from the Select Method drop-down list. The options specific to the selected method display. Specify the required parameters. For more information on methods, refer to Nearest Neighbor Method Options.

In the Raster Geometry section, specify the cell size and raster bounds for the output raster. For more information, see Defining Raster Geometry.

In the Output File box enter the name you want to specify for your output file. Click to browse to the location in your computer to save the output file and select the required output file format.
- Click Process to start the raster interpolation process. The task will then be added to the Task Manager where you can monitor the progress. On completion of the operation, if you have selected Display output file check-box in Output Settings, the output raster displays in the map window.
