By default, Debugging Messages should not appear in the logs. They are enabled by an app property that is described in the chapter “App System Properties”.
If they are enabled, then to view the Debug Messages perform the following steps:
In ServiceNow, search for Ironstream IBM i Service Mapping.
Select the Ironstream IBM i Service Mapping > IBM i Service Mapping Job Log option.
Extend the filtering to include the Debug Level.
Click the Filter Icon
Add an OR Condition to the Level field of “Level is Debug”
Click the Run button to see the Debug Logs.
The message gives a detailed output of the job's progress. This information may be required by Precisely Support team. Refer to the chapter “Contacting Support” for more guidelines.
