Configure the Ironstream Service Mapping Credentials - ironstream_for_servicenow_service_mp - 1.1

1. Search for Ironstream IBM i Service Mapping and select IBM i Service Mapping Credentials.

2. Select the existing record Ironstream.Service.Mapping.IBMi.

3. Enter the required information for the user that was created during the “Create a ServiceNow User” section.

   • Username

   • Password

Note: Keep the name intact, it must display as Ironstream.Service.Mapping.IBMi.

4. Click Update to update the credentials in the list.
