This is the timeout on the connection for adding the CIs to an Application Service. The default is 1200 seconds or 20 minutes.
How to change it?
Click on x_syncs_ibm_i_sm.HttpTimeout in the List View.
Change the Value field to the value you want.
Click Update to commit the change.
